India’s private firm Solar Defence & Aerospace Ltd. has developed Bhargavastra, an indigenous anti-drone system using micro-missiles and rockets to neutralize drone swarms at low cost.

  • Detection range: 6–10 km | Interception range: up to 2.5 km

  • Guidance: IIR/CCD for hit-to-kill accuracy

  • Successfully trial-fired on January 12 and again on May 13, 2025, hitting both stationary and moving drone targets
