1. Plank
plank is one of the best exercises to burn you belly fat.
For this you just have to be in position as shown in figure.
If you do it daily in 3 sets each sets of at least 1 minute it will help to burn your belly fat at faster rate.
Apart from this it have some other advantages like, if you do it daily you will never have back pain.

3. Mountain climbers

An other exercise to burn your belly fat is mountain climbers.
For this you have to be in the position as shown in image.
Then you just have to act like running at one place.
While this make shure that your hand is strait and in 90° angle with ground as shown in image.
Daily 30 to 40 run-up of three sets wil help you to burns your belly fat.
Note:- if you are not able to do 30 to 40 run-up then do it less. It's not compulsory to do 30-40 run-up.


3. Russian twist

For this exercise you need to sit up tall on the floor with your knees bent and feet off the ground. Hold some weight with your hands at chest height. Lean backward with a long, tall spine, holding your torso at a 45-degree angle and keeping your arms a few inches away from your chest.
Then turn your body form Left to right and vise versa. 
Make sure you don't move your leg.

 4. Jumping jacks
For this exercise you need to stan on ground or mat with both legs near to one other, then jump and spread you leg at little distance, while jumping stretch you arm over your head, the. Jump back to initial postion as shown in gif.

5. Leg lift

For this exercise you need to lie down on the mat or ground.
Then you have to lift your leg straight up to 90° to ground, then take you leg down slowly.
Do this exercise in 3 stets per sets atleast 5-10 according to you.
